                                                                        Our Mission:

Coordinating youth and adult partnerships to provide and promote youth development and leadership   opportunities in Southeast Philadelphia.

Our Core Concepts Are:
  • Social Responsibility: is a sense of personal and collective accountability for community.
  • Leadership: We encourage respect, teamwork, accountability, critical thinking, observational skills, initiative, learning to make well-grounded decisions for yourself and your peers.
  • Career & Life Skills Opportunities: We provide sustained and sequential training experiences, youth internships, college, preparatory assistance, learning job search skills, thinking concretely about your futures.
  • Environmental Justice: Youth are encouraged to investigate effective use of green space and recreational facilities, the relationship between environment and the ties of the family, culture and community.
  • Health and Fitness: To advance and promote health & fitness of youth by providing nutritional, health education and fitness opportunities.
  • We organize all of our programs around these ideas, because we think that young people with experiences, skills, and values grounded in these concepts will be prepared to create the best neighborhoods and communities in Southeast Philadelphia and beyond.
